From Enfield take the A110 Southbury Road, Nags Head Road, Lea Valley Road. Pass the reservoirs and up Kings Head Hill to Chingford.
Straight on at the traffic lights at the top of the hill also at the next traffic lights. After the railway bridge turn right into Friday Hill
At the roundabout at the bottom of the hill fork left into Chingford Lane. After approx. 3/4 mile turn right into Henry's Avenue, the meeting point is by Tamworth Avenue.
