As you can imagine, it's been hard to match the price deal I got last year for anything comparable, so I've decided to go for something a little different.
Rather than a modern hotel with a pool etc, etc, I've gone for the oldest (part of it goes back to the late 16th century) hotel in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, that is located right on the beach in this lovely old coastal town that is still largely unspoilt and full of character.
Also great for some interesting coastal/country runs and walks. Details attached.

As you may know there has been some interest in going over to Cyprus to run this race series, it takes place at the end of November, now in its fourth year it is proving more popular, with a truly international entry.
The races themselves are: - 27th a flat 6k time trial, 28th an 11k hill race, 29th a trial half marathon, up hill for the first 5k! and to finish on the 29th a flat 10k road race through the resort of Paphos.
